COVID 19 Protocol

We have a serious responsibility to look out for the safety of our customers. As we have always done, we will continue proper disinfecting of equipment and supplies between jobs, hand washing, and use of fresh gloves, knee pads, and other essentials for each home. We are implementing the use of shoe covers to go over our indoor shoes, and the wearing of face masks at all times while in your home. Further, we will continue to follow proper protocol in sanitizing bathrooms, kitchen, and commonly touched areas in your home. Our cleaning products are formulated to effectively kill viruses and bacteria. If you have any questions about the products we use, please feel free to ask us.


With the global pandemic in mind, we expect all our customers to advise us and cancel if they are ill. Our priority is always the welfare of both ourselves and our customers. If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any flulike symptoms, fever, or cough, please advise us ASAP.  It is important to note: Our standard 48 hour cancellation policy will not apply at this time. If you feel you need to cancel at any point – even hours or minutes before your scheduled appointment time, please do so.
